Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nardagani® website located at www.nardagani.com, along with all associated sites linked to www.nardagani.com by Nardagani and its affiliates, including Nardagani social media sites and Nardagani’s digital reading program and its associated site (collectively referred to as the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Nardagani, Inc. (“Nardagani”) and its licensors. By accessing or using the Site or any of its online products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.
Nardagani reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or remove any portion of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. As long as you comply with these Terms, Nardagani grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.
These Terms supplement and incorporate any additional terms of use that may apply to specific portions of the Site, such as the Nardagani reading program and various social media sites utilized by Nardagani.
Site Content
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, videos, and computer code (collectively referred to as “Content”), is owned, controlled, or licensed by Nardagani and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
No part of the Site or any Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without prior written consent from Nardagani.
Specific Information Related to the Nardagani Reading Program
When you purchase the Nardagani reading program, you are acquiring a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for a period of thirty (30) days, permitting one (1) student to access and use the program. Additional licenses are required for use by more than one person. Nardagani reserves the right to revoke your access to the program if you violate these Terms.
The license for the reading program will not be extended beyond the initial thirty (30) days, and no refunds are available once the program is purchased. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works of the program. You agree to keep the program confidential and to comply with the Terms related to the use of passwords, IDs, and accounts.
Lesson materials and practice books provided by Nardagani for downloading and printing from the Site are for personal, non-commercial use only. Modification of these materials for any other purpose is prohibited.
Nardagani does not guarantee specific results from the use of its reading program, and individual outcomes may vary.
Your Use of the Site
You agree not to use any automated or manual means to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Site or its Content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
Furthermore, you agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or any transaction conducted on it. You may not forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any communication sent through the Site.
You agree to use the Site and its Content for lawful purposes only and not to solicit illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of Nardagani or others.
Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services on the Site. You agree to abide by such terms, including representations of legal age if required. In case of conflicts between these Terms and terms specific to certain portions of the Site, the latter shall prevail.
Any obligations Nardagani has regarding its products and services are governed solely by the agreements accompanying those products and services.
Accounts, Passwords, and Security
Some features or services on the Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Notify Nardagani immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use anyone else’s account at any time. Nardagani is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.
